Bailey has fifteen years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Before joining NAI Wisinski of West Michigan, she worked for Bradley Company and Prudential Preferred, Realtors (now known as Berkshire Hathaway Home Services). She currently operates out of our Kalamazoo location.

What led you to the commercial real estate industry?
I was working at a residential real estate company, needed a change, and saw a posting for a commercial real estate position. I applied, got the job, and have been working with the same team for 10+ years.
What do you like most about working with NAI?
The company culture and support. We have a great group of knowledgeable agents who are always willing to help when hiccups arise.
What does your typical workday entail?
The first thing I do every morning when I wake up is check my e-mail, text messages, and voicemails. Those three things dictate my day and every day is different.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I also love to frequent antique / vintage shops, get lost in a good puzzle, maintain my house plant collection, and exercise with my Australian Shepherd, Georgia.
What is your favorite part about real estate?
Meeting new people and making connections.
