Background & Experience

Scott is a native of Southern California and was raised in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1994 with a B.S. in Regional Development.

From 1994 to 1996, Scott began his career in property management with Abrams Realty & Management, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona, where he served as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent.

In 1996, he transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. (now CBRE) in Los Angeles, California, joining as a Sales Associate specializing in industrial property sales and leasing. He is a graduate of the CB Richard Ellis comprehensive training program.

In 2007, Scott joined NAI Capital Commercial, Inc. as a Senior Vice President in the Pasadena office.

For over 20 years, Scott has focused exclusively on the Pasadena and West San Gabriel Valley markets, developing deep local knowledge and strong relationships throughout the region. His core expertise includes Landlord Representation, Seller and Buyer Representation, and Tenant Representation, with additional experience in site selection, investment sales, real estate advisory services, and land development.

Scott is recognized as one of the leading commercial real estate brokers in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley, known for his market insight, integrity, and commitment to long-term client success.
